Thank you for shopping at 3D Gift Studio (a division of 3D Printing Ireland). We take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made 3D printed products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and transparency.

❌ No Refunds on Custom Products

All of our products are made to order, based on customer specifications. As such, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on personalized or custom-made items unless the item arrives damaged or with a defect.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or is defective due to a fault in our process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at accounts@3dprintingireland.com.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Upon review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

📦 Returns (if applicable)

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect design approval, or customizations made in error by the customer.

If a return is authorized (for non-custom items or in rare circumstances), it must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of approval

  • In unused, original condition

  • Sent to the return address provided by our team

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

🕒 Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing an order. If your order has already gone into production, cancellation will not be possible.
